PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the construction of a new mixed-use building located on Lots 5, 6 and 7 of Block 3 in Johnston Acres along SE 89th Avenue. The building is three stories in height with an office, community room on Level One and 40 walk-up type units on a single loaded corridor surrounding two open courtyards with a community garden in the southwest corner of the site for residents.
