- Attend Early Assistance meetings with the team as needed
- In depth review of design concepts and constructability reviews
- Site analysis and neighborhood impact review including site access needs
- Develop, maintain and test preliminary construction budgets thru schematic design, design development and final design
- Develop strategies to enchance Diversity and M/W/D/ESB participation and
- Provide years of value engineering experience to bring value added to each project
- Analyze scheduling needs including subcontractor and vendor capacity, supply chain issues and permitting and inspection impacts
- Provide input and coordination with project funders and sources
