- Subcontractor and vendor buyouts
- Schedule monitoring, evaluations and adjustment
- Cost control and tracking with construction management software
- Quality control monitoring and evaluation
- Manage and schedule shop drawings and submittals
- Manage and maintain staffing needs and impacts
- Manage and coordinate City, County and State inspections including Special Inspections
- Project closeout including as-built drawings, operations & maintenance manuals and owner training
